The majority of this wine is then matured in stainless steel tanks, with a portion of the wine transferred onto French and American Oak.
• Tempus Two Silver Series Cabernet Sauvignon: Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from select vineyards in South Eastern Australia, this modern and contemporary wine is fresh, vibrant, and fruit-driven. The fine tannin structure, subtle oak flavours and succulent fruit finish have given rise to a premium wine with great length, depth and persistence.

Tempus Two Shiraz

The Shiraz’s bouquet has aromas of ripe dark berries such as blackberry and plum, complemented by hints of black pepper, vanilla, and subtle oak. The palate is full-bodied and smooth, featuring flavours of black cherry, ripe plum, and dark chocolate, with well-integrated tannins and a touch of spice. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering notes of dark fruit, gentle oak, and a hint of black pepper.

Tempus Two Pewter Series Shiraz

The bouquet of this full-bodied wine has powerful cassis and chocolate aromas with charred overtones. Some pepper, cinnamon and coffee characters from oak ageing are present in the background. The palate possesses soft tannins, intense raspberry and blackberry flavours, pepper and spice. Cassis and earthy overtones complete the wine.

Tempus Two Silver Series Shiraz
