Andreola Asolo Prosecco Superiore Akelum
The Akelum Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Spumante Brut produced by Andreola faithfully represents, and at the same time innovative, the tradition of a territory that has always been linked to the cultivation of the vine. In the Col San Martino area, not far from Valdobbiadene, the company cultivates its own vineyards on these splendid hills, using advanced techniques from a technological point of view, while respecting a unique ecosystem. Obtained from the vinification of 100% glera grapes, harvested at the perfect point of ripeness, Akelum Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Spumante Brut maintains its perfumed scents and acquires the pleasant and fine effervescence through refermentation in autoclave. This phase of production involves a stop on the lees which lasts approximately three months and, once completed, the bottling is carried out. Ideal for toasting cheerful moments with friends during an aperitif, it can also perfectly accompany the more structured local products.
