BANFI Col Di Sasso Toscano Cabernet Sauvignon
BANFI Col Di Sasso Toscano Cabernet Sauvignon is a refined red wine of the Banfi winery and this wine can promotes the Tuscany culture all around. There are used Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes and they macerate for 5-6 days at 24-25°C.This process allows keeping the good color without the production of many tannins and it also keeps the aromatic freshness. The wine is commercialized after 6 months from the bottling.
It has a ruby red color very young but intense. The smell is wide, fresh and characterized by varietal aromas. The taste is full and soft, but also balanced and ready to drink.
It is perfect with white meats or light second courses. It must be served at 18°C in a high and wide wine glass and the proof is 12,5%.
