BENTEN MUSUME Junmai Nigori 1.8L. Creamy and deep umami flavour yet not too heavy with a pleasant mouthfeel. Paris well with a large variety of foods. When warmed up to 60c, a richness and creamy flavour will spread across the palate. Enjoy this very limited production.
Cloudy and dry. Try with tonic water/soda water in flute as an aperitif! Drop a small red coloured fruit like strawberry in it. It creates a Japanese flag. Lovely as hot sake, too!
