Barton & Guestier’s Premium sparkling wines revive a tradition going back to 1922. Barton & Guestier Blanc de Blancs is a blend of “vin de pays” wines from the South-West French region of Cotes de Gascogne. Blended from grapes picked at just the right moment to achieve a perfect balance of fruitiness and acidity, it is a perfect accompaniment to all types of food, and is best appreciated when served chilled with fish, poultry and veal, or as an aperitif.
