BIG PEAT Mid Autumn 2019
Big Peat is a marriage of Single Malt from distilleries on Islay (Ardbeg, Bowmore, Caol Ila & Port Ellen), Douglas Laing would like to present a unique yet balanced Islay flavour in one single bottle. Other than Core Range, they release limited editions to celebrate festivals or for different markets.
This year we have a special one for Mid-Autumn Festival. With notes of sweet toasted marshmallows, peat smoke, honey and charred oak, this bottle pairs perfectly with mooncakes. Be it the Mooncake Festival or not, this should be worthy to be collected.
