BLACK TOMATO Gin
BLACK TOMATO Gin, salt and pepper maybe something you would expect to find in a salad, but with Black Tomato gin you’ll also find them making a deliciously unique gin!
Originating in a small Dutch fishing village, Bruinisse, the distillery is set overlooking the Oosterschelde. During the creation of this gin, a few drops of sea water are added. As with food, this not only adds a delicate saltiness, but helps enhance the other flavours in this gin.
As can be expected from its namesake, this is make with Black Tomatoes which originate from Italy. These are macerated, and the fresh tomato juice is then distilled with the other botanicals, (which are kept secret).
