BLACKADDER Panama Rum 11 Year Old Raw Cask. The Blackadder Raw Cask Rum Panama 11 years old 2009 is an 11 year old Panamanian rum from an unnamed distillery bottled by the independent bottler Blackadder. This rum is distilled on 24 March 2009 and has matured in cask PR3. It is bottled in November 2020 at cask strength of 63.2% as a limited single cask release of 265 bottles.

Rum from Panama is spicy with even some tiger balm in the nose. Roasted coffee beans with fresh coconut, cherries and berries in milk chocolate and all variations of oak. On the tongue, the cherries and berries dominate first, then exotic spices combine wonderfully with the light chocolate notes. The finish is long and powerful, with the sweet and sour fruit combining wonderfully with the spices.
