    Bottega Miabi Pinot Nero Spumante – Italian Sparkling Elegance with Japanese Inspiration

    Experience the harmony of Italian winemaking tradition and Japanese artistry with Bottega Miabi Pinot Nero Spumante. Crafted from premium Pinot Noir grapes grown in the fertile hills of Lombardy, this sparkling wine embodies refinement, balance, and cultural fusion. Its design draws inspiration from the Japanese “dyed obi” decorative technique, while the wine itself is made using the Long Charmat (Martinotti) method, enhancing complexity and elegance.

    Winemaking Process

    • Pinot Noir grapes hand-harvested from the right bank of the Po River, Lombardy.

    • Gentle pressing and careful vinification to preserve freshness.

    • Second fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14–15 °C, followed by aging on the lees for over 3 months, enriching structure and aromatic complexity.

    • Final stabilization at -5 °C before bottling to ensure purity and refinement.
