CAORUNN Raspberry Gin
CAORUNN Raspberry Gin has been around for an amazing 10 years and they are celebrating by launching a new raspberry-flavoured expression. However, unlike many other new berry-flavoured gins, this one isn’t pink.
Crafted at Balmenach Distillery in the Scottish Highlands, Caorunn’s new Scottish Raspberry Gin is produced by infusing five locally-foraged botanicals with six more traditional gin botanicals and Perthshire raspberries in small 1,000 litre batches.
This new Caorunn edition is infused in what they believe to be the world’s only working Copper Berry Chamber.
Bottled at 41.8% ABV, Caorunn Scottish Raspberry combines the dry, crisp taste we have all come to know and love from Caorunn, but with a new natural raspberry sweetness.
Caorunn recommends their new gin is best served with Fever Tree Indian Tonic Water, over ice with a garnish of fresh raspberries and red apple slices.
