Clase Azul Mezcal Durango
Clase Azul Mezcal Durango is a distinctive artisanal mezcal crafted in the remote, rugged highlands of Northern Mexico. Produced from the rare cenizo agave, a species native to Durango’s semi-arid terrain, this mezcal embodies the wild climatic extremes of its origin—resulting in a flavour profile unlike any other.
Crystal clear with a full, expressive body, the mezcal opens with aromas of cooked agave, tejocote pulp, gentle smoke, and fresh rosemary. On the palate, it reveals a bright herbal character layered with lemon peel, charred agave, and subtle smoky spices. The long, elegant finish combines minerality, herbs, and refined smoke, making it a remarkable sipping mezcal for enthusiasts and collectors.
Ideal pairings include aged parmesan or Pecorino Romano, fresh orange or creamy avocado, and white or ruby chocolate—each enhancing the mezcal’s herbal and smoky nuances.
