Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero
Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero is a rare and captivating expression crafted from papalote agave, a variety native to the humid highlands of Guerrero in Southern Mexico. This mezcal reflects the state’s mystical landscapes and deep cultural heritage, delivering a flavour profile that is both vibrant and elegantly complex.
Crystal clear with delicate straw-coloured highlights, this full-bodied mezcal opens with fresh aromas of grapefruit zest, rosemary, toasted peanuts, and freshly cut wood, accented by subtle hints of butter and wild daisies. On the palate, it reveals refreshing layers of seaweed, lemon juice, pepper, and light tobacco—creating a unique balance of coastal minerality, herbaceous freshness, and earthy warmth.
Perfect pairings include fresh goat cheese, juicy red plums, and smooth white chocolate, all of which enhance the mezcal’s citrusy and savoury notes.
A Decanter Celebrating Guerrero’s Artistry
The striking decanter is adorned with hand-lacquered hummingbird motifs—crafted using traditional artisanal techniques unique to Guerrero. Due to the meticulous process and material complexity, each vibrant cap can take up to ten days for a single artisan to complete, making every bottle a collectible masterpiece.
