CUCKOO Spiced Gin. The Cuckoo range continues to be one of our most popular gin collections, created just next door in Brindle Distillery, Lancashire. Their base of Holmes Farm provides the secret to their success – fresh spring water from their artesian aquifer, many botanicals grown on the farm or locally sourced, and even a natural source of honey from their beehives, sustained to help the bee community thrive.

This Spiced Gin is a punchy infusion of warming and aromatic botanicals to truly ‘warm the cockles’. Clove, ginger, cinnamon, fennel and lemongrass are followed by spicy Tellicherry black pepper (considered the finest pepper in the world) then mellowed with hints of jasmine, fig, rosehips and the unmistakable scent of tonka beans with a sharp orange finish. Serve with plain or aromatic tonic and a cinnamon stick, put your feet up, get cosy, enjoy.

Brindle Distillery was the idea of Gerard and Cath Singleton to diversify Holmes Farm, which has been in the family since 1930. The meticulous quality of their gin and spirits production has meant the idea surpassing expectations, with the national reputation of the Cuckoo range leading to a plethora of awards and the establishment of their very own bar and events space on-site, The Cuckoo’s Nest.
