FOWLES Wild Bouquet Moscato Rosa
The fruit was harvested during the evening at low temperature. This helps to preserve primary fruit flavours. This wine was fermented in high tech, stainless steel tanks at 11˚C. Low temperature fermentation is essential to retain as much primary fruit lift and colour as possible; a necessary strategy for this sweet rose wine. This wine is a blend of Moscato with a touch of Shiraz. We halt the fermentation process of the Moscato half way to ensure original fruit sugars are retained and blend in the Shiraz.
