GEKKEIKAN The Shot Daiginjo 180ml. A very expressive sake with melon, pear, fruit aromas on the nose and with a velvety smooth mouthfeel. A medium-bodied, well balanced brew, semi-dry with a clean finish. A delicious sake to be enjoyed anytime and anywhere. This pairs very well with light flavored dishes like caprese salad, mozzarella, cream cheese, prawn cocktail, sashimi, sushi, salted chicken yakitori, hiyayako and agedashi tofu.
