HYDE No.9 Iberian Cask 1906 Irish Whisky.This Single Malt Irish whiskey is tripled distilled on a traditional copper pot still from 100% malted Irish grain barley in one Irish distillery location.
It is originally matured for at least 8 years in 200 liter flame charred, ex-Bourbon oak casks sourced from a Bourbon distillery in Kentucky, U.S.A. before being transferred into juicy 200L, first fill, vintage, Tawny PORT oak casks from the village of Pinhão on the Douro Valley river in Northern Portugal, for a further 9 months of cask finishing.
