Small vineyards hand harvest with care, control quality and limit to small production.
No irrigation and no pesticide being use in the vineyards. 100% hand picked grapes selected with care. Wine was made by destemming and macerated for 10 days at a temperature not higher than 30 ° C. After it is pressed and finally pass through malolactic fermentation for 3-4 days.
