KOKURYU Shizuku Daiginjo. “Shizuku” is a Daiginjo brewed by a special method at Kuroryu Sake Maker. In the coldest season, the sake naturally falls drop by drop from the sake bag. The sake appears transparent and fresh, with a sweet and pure taste. It is produced twice a year with limited quantities.
