Kubota Hekiju makes use of Yamahai brewing method to develop extra deep flavour; the brewing is popular in making a little wilder taste, which is a fun thrill any sake drinker. Sweet and honey-dipped touch to it makes a great pairing with savoury dishes. Brandy and sugarcane on the nose with nutmeg and white grapes on the palate. Made with the traditional Yamahai method, giving this sake extra complexity that is still easy to drink. Kubota is a premium sake brewery focused on quality daiginjo sake and environmental sustainability.
