    Description

    Denomination : Denomination of Origin Controlled and Guaranteed.
    Varietal : Sangiovese.
    Vine density : 4500 plants per hectare.
    Farming : simple spurred cordon.
    Altitude : 350/400m.
    Vinification : stemming and crushing, fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 28 -30C, maceration on the skins for 28/40 days.
