Les Forts De Latour Pauillac 1983
Dark red. Medium intensity. Evolved. Net. Medium intensity. Notes of meat and caramel. The same. The entry into the mouth is smooth and still fruity. Then the wine takes on a voluminous aspect with a lot of flavors (bouquet of aging), then it melts in the mouth before offering firmer but not dry tannins. So this wine escaped the rigid aspect of the vintage.
