    LUMIERE Koshu Sur Lie White Wine

    Using Koshu grapes and making it fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the flavor and aroma. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged on its lees for 6 months without racking until spring (sur lie method) to extract even more flavor.
