MACALLAN Concept No.2. The second release in Macallan’s limited-edition Concept series, this Highland single malt brings together music and whisky – two of the passions of Macallan Whisky Maker Steven Bremner. Matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned American oak casks, ex-bourbon casks and Miguel Martin sherry casks, creating a complex character with aromas of toffee apples, vanilla, oak spice, blackberry and pistachio on the nose. The palate offers notes of dried apple, almond, cinnamon, toasted oak and sweet toffee.
