MALT, GRAIN & CANE Belize Rum 14 Year Old 2006. Travellers Liquors Limited is a rum distillery based in Belize 🇧🇿, a Caribbean country located on the northeastern coast of Central America.
The distillery was founded by Master Blender Jaime Omario Perdomo Sr. (Don Omario) in 1953. This distillery sources their molasses locally, and they utilise a double distillation method in their triple column continuous still. This distillery produces rum that is closer towards the Spanish-style 🇪🇸 of rum (otherwise known as, Ron).
This bottle marks the first bottling of Malt, Grain & Cane with La Maison & Velier, for their Rum of the World range.
This cask was distilled on 13th June 2006 & bottled on 25th January 2021. The cask has been through 9 years of tropical ageing, and after which, 5 years and 7 months of continental ageing in Europe.
