Tasting Notes:

• Aroma: Malt, light caramel, biscuit, cinnamon, grain spirits. There is an initial malty warmth but soon goes to mostly grain spirits. Touch of apple.
• Palate: Apple, light honey, oak, pepper, grain, touch of vanilla. This is quite thin and lacking. Medium sweetness.
• Finish: But of sweetness lingers alongside spirits and tannic oak, black pepper, light fruit character.
