Hakuto means white rabbit and also takes its name from a myth of the Tottori prefecture where this distillery resides.
Matsui Hakuto premium gin is a jewel proudly produced by the Kurayoshi distillery.
Finished with spring water obtained from Mount Daisen, the botanical blend created a complex, spicy yet sweet and refreshing gin.
Delicately blended with a total of 14 carefully selected natural ingredients, including juniper berries, coriander seeds, orange peel, yuzu peel, Japanese sansho pepper, guokuro, sakura (cherry blossom), black pepper, pores of nashi, a specialty from Tottori prefecture and 5 other high-end medicinal plants.
