Montes Sparkling Angel the fruit of our passion for going above and beyond; for never imposing limits on our work. First, we selected grapes from our coastal vineyard at Zapallar. Then, in the winery, Sparkling Angel spent three years on its lees resulting in a sparkling wine of great elegance.

Every bottle of Montes Sparkling Angel demonstrates our passion and best efforts to ensure that its bubbles add to the enjoyment of life’s special moments, something our customers worldwide deserve.

Palate : Well balanced with good acidity and fine, crisp foam. Creamy and silky on the mid-palate with a fresh, fruity, and persistent finish.

Origin : Zapallar

Aromas: White flowers, fresh fruits, breadcrumbs, and light toast, with notes of dried fruit, hazelnut, and walnut.

Varietals : 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay
