NOGOMI Junmai Daiginjo
The raw rice used is Yamada Nishiki, which is polished to 40%. By using slightly less polishing than Daiginjo, it expresses the flavor and sweetness of pure rice, and has a milder texture. The aroma is a little milder than Daiginjo, but you can enjoy the gorgeous aroma that is well-balanced with the taste. A beautiful aftertaste with a pleasant aftertaste.
