Old Cuban steps:
- Get a cocktail shaker and add 6 to 8 mint leaves.
- Add in 45ml of aged rum into the shaker.
- Add in 22.5ml of fresh lime juice and 30ml of sugar syrups.
- Add two dashes of Angostura Bitter.
- Pour in some ice and give a good shake.
- Double strain it.
- Add a little splash of champagne or sparkling wine.
- Garnish some mint leaves on it.
