POGGIO LE VOLPI Roma Edizione Limitata. Roma Doc Limited Edition is a tribute to an area, that of Rome, on which the sun never sets. The well-known Lazio winery for its evocative wine seems to have been inspired by this very principle: Roma Doc is the most recent Lazio denomination and includes one of the most relevant territories of all for the mineral strength of the land shaped by the Lazio Volcano. It comes from a soil of volcanic, pozzolanic and sandy origin, located in hilly areas that benefit from the influence of sea winds. The grapes of origin are Montepulciano, Syrah and Cesanese.
