POONAWATTA The Four Corners Cabernet Sauvignon. The cooler climate of the Eden Valley region crafts Cabernets of distinct varietal character, generous flavour and elegant structure. The Four Corners Cabernet is produced from premium vineyards located across the Four Corners of Eden Valley. The growers are all well known to us, and are as diverse in their wonderful character as are their remarkable vineyards. All the vineyards are assessed separately to ensure each parcel of fruit delivers its best individual expression of the Eden Valley region. They are picked separately, fermented separately and oak matured separately, and after 24 months of maturation, are blended together to create our expression of Eden Valley Cabernet.
