POONAWATTA The Four Corners Shiraz
POONAWATTA The Four Corners Shiraz is a showcase of the diversity and style of Shiraz from the Eden Valley region, sourcing small parcels of Shiraz from separate vineyards across the four corners of Eden Valley. It is produced from premium vineyards, with fruit sourced from growers (and vineyards) that are well known to us, plus any de-classified barrels from the Poonawatta 1880 and Cuttings vineyard. All the vineyards are assessed separately to ensure each parcel of fruit delivers its best individual expression of the Eden Valley region. They are picked separately, fermented separately and oak matured separately, and after 24 months of maturation, are blended together to create our expression of Eden Valley Shiraz.
