The 2024 release combines concentrated citrus and passionfruit character with the bright freshness and flinty mineral edge associated with Rimapere’s Rapaura site. It is a dry, aromatic style with a screw-cap closure and 13% ABV.
This 2024 Rimapere is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Marlborough’s Rapaura district. A portion of the fruit was hand-picked, with the balance mechanically harvested. The wine was vinified in stainless steel under temperature control for two to three weeks, then developed in stainless steel for around four months before bottling. The estate’s 2024 vintage was organically certified.
Bright pale straw with lustrous green hues, this Sauvignon Blanc opens with white blossom, citrus and lemon-sherbet aromas. The palate carries concentrated citrus and passionfruit flavours through a full-flavoured middle, balanced by lively acidity. Its defining close is dry, clean and energetic, with a flinty, mineral Rapaura character.
