ROCK ROSE Gin Spring Edition. Our Spring Edition is distilled using ingredients, foraged from the local area during Spring, that give a seasonal taste to our Original Rock Rose Gin. Reminiscent of a spring day in Caithness we use botanicals to provide a cool, refreshing taste! Coltsfoot from the distillery garden provides a delicious sweetness, while gorse flowers bring a gorgeous coconut like aroma. We have also used dandelion to help balance the sweetness with delicious earthy, liquorice flavours.
