ROCK ROSE Old Tom Pink Grapefruit. Their Pink Grapefruit Old Tom gin derives from their popular ‘Design a Rock Rose Gin Label’ competition of 2016, which was released as the wonderful citrus-based Artists’ Edition.
They decided to bring it back as a fresher version for 2019 using organic pink grapefruit peel, all lovingly peeled by our distillery team! These are added to their botanical basket and vapour infused along with all their traditional gin botanicals. It is then lightly sweetened with muscovado sugar.
