Ruinart Blanc De Blancs
Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is the purest expression of the Maison Ruinart style – luminous, elegant and intensely chardonnay-driven. Crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay sourced from 25–30 carefully selected crus across the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Sézannais and Vallée de la Vesle, this cuvée balances pristine freshness with a silky, rounded palate.
Hand-harvested grapes, stainless-steel fermentation, full malolactic and 2–3 years of ageing in bottle (with around 20–30% reserve wines) give Ruinart Blanc de Blancs its signature finesse, complexity and fine mousse. Dosage is set at around 7g/L, keeping the wine vibrant yet beautifully approachable.
