It is easy to understand why by tasting a glass of Old Grifu Silvio Carta, King Midas of distillation, which once again moves not only the tricolor but the beautiful Sardinia into the glass, with a Gin as beautiful and wild as the land that created it.
Soft and very bright golden yellow, it has a fascinating nose for orange blossom and broom, thyme and chamomile, orange peel and marine notes, in a background of aromatic herbs typical of the Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth an explosion of aromas perfectly corresponding to the sense of smell, with an imposing but well-defined structure, without overdoing it yet remaining impressed in the very long roasted finish.
