Suntory Toki Blended Japanese Whisky is a modern Japanese blended whisky from the House of Suntory, created by combining spirits from Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. Designed to bring together Suntory’s heritage and innovation, Toki delivers a bright, lively, and versatile whisky profile that feels both timeless and contemporary.

Built around Suntory’s blending philosophy, Toki gives prominent roles to Chita grain whisky and Hakushu malt whisky, with Yamazaki malt adding further depth and complexity. The result is a silky Japanese whisky that works beautifully neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails, especially the signature Japanese Highball.

In the glass, Suntory Toki shows a clear gold colour. The nose opens with basil, green apple, and honey. On the palate, it reveals grapefruit, green grapes, peppermint, and thyme, followed by a subtly sweet and spicy finish with notes of vanilla oak, white pepper, and ginger.
