TAKETSURU aigamo junmai
TAKETSURU aigamo junmai. Dark yellowish colour. Earthy rice/malt. Robust and quite dry with an acidic and strong piqant aftertaste. Using 100% Omachi rice cultivated in the ‘duck farming method’ which does not use pesticides of chemical fertilizer. At 60°C, it has a dry piquant and acidic flavour.
Good for beef dishes and Chinese food. Not only red wine goes with beef!
