TENRYO Junmai Ginjo
TENRYO Junmai Ginjo. A very soft and smooth brew with a gentle nose filled with fruity aromas and a hint of cocoa elements.
“Flower yeast” is used by the brewers along with rice that is milled to Daiginjo rates (50% remaining) to produce a very soft, round and clean drinking sake. Good when served either chilled or warm.
Alcohol content, ABV (15%).
