The 15-Year-Old Dragon Special Edition is a limited release from the Shinobu Distillery to celebrate the Year of the Dragon in 2024.
A beautifully crafted age expression in which the Mizunara Oak barrel brings out layers of flavour, teamed with a deep floral woody scent which is full of vitality. A rich and satisfying flavour profile with a luscious, sweet aftertaste. By using a blend of malted barley, which is carefully selected and mashed to create a rich and complex flavour profile which are first reserved in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks and then finishing them with precious Japanese Mizunara oak.
