TORRESELLA PROSECCO EXTRA DRY
TORRESELLA Prosecco Extra Dry is an elegant Prosecco DOC made from Glera grapes in the eastern part of the Province of Venice. Produced using the Charmat (tank) method, it delivers a clean, refined sparkle with a pale straw color, delicate aromatics, and a balanced, crowd-pleasing finish—perfect as an aperitif or with light bites (even spicy snacks).
Why you’ll love it
- Prosecco DOC from Veneto (Province of Venice)
- Extra Dry style: fresh, approachable, and food-friendly
- Tank-fermented for fine bubbles, then rested on lees for added roundness
- Ideal for aperitif, parties, brunch, and easy pairing meals
Winemaking (Charmat Method)
The base wine undergoes prise de mousse in pressurized tanks, fermenting for 18–20 days with selected yeasts at 15–18°C, reaching about 6 bar pressure. Fermentation is then stopped by chilling to -4°C, followed by at least one month of maturation on lees for natural texture and balance, before filtering and isobaric bottling.

A delicious aperitif that pairs especially well with:
- Canapés, tapas, finger food, salty snacks
