WILCOX Bourbon Whisky
Wilcox is a 40% vol bourbon. It is made in accordance with American tradition in the Kentucky region, with a modern touch. It is 60% corn and 40% malt.
Distillation produces a ‘white bourbon’ that is 80% vol. It is matured in toasted new American white oak casks for two years, giving it colour and smoky notes.
The cask batches are then blended and diluted to 40% vol with fresh water.
The result is a rounded, easy-drinking bourbon.
