Johnnie Walker Red Label

The Johnnie Walker Red is the best selling scotch since 1945 globally. It is best drunk when mixed in cocktails and the blend does not state the age of the blend.

Johnnie Walker Black Label

The Johnnie Walker Black is aged for 12 years before being sold.

Johnnie Walker Double Black Label

The Johnnie Walker Double Black was created and released in 2011 to the general public. It is basically the same as the Black label but with extra peat. It is matured in heavily charred old oak casks.

Johnnie Walker Gold Label

The Johnnie Walker Gold is a blended scotch made from over 15 single malts. The original gold label was actually bottled at 18 years and labelled as The Centenary blend and renamed to Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve in 2013. Now it also does not carry any age statement.

Johnnie Walker Green Label

In 2004, the Johnnie Walker Green was renamed from Johnnie Walker Pure Malt 15 Year Old. This blended malt whiskey is made by mixing single malt with no grain whisky added and aged for at least 15 years.

Johnnie Walker Blue Label

This label is Johnnie Walker scotch’s premium blend. The Johnnie Walker Blue is blended to recreate the character and taste of some of the earliest whisky blends. Sold with a certificate of authenticity in a silk-lined box, it is one of the most expensive scotch in the world. There are, of course, other varieties of Johnnie Walker Labels such as the Age 18 Years (also known as Johnnie Walker 18 year) or Johnnie Walker SwingThese whiskies, no matter which colour, can be drunk neat, on ice or mixed into a variety of cocktails.  The price of Johnnie Walker depends on the label and year of production. The complex flavours, which include smoky, nutty and sweet notes is something to take note of. Try a bottle today and leave a review to let us know what you think about Johnnie Walker!
