Aroma: Crispy and fresh with citrus, lemon peel. Hints of butter cookie and malt. Pleasantly sour (like Umeboshi) and malty flavors.
Palate: Malty, candied lemon peel, sour and fresh. Oak flavor develops with mouth coating honey. The spicy finish has sweetness of vanilla, woody flavors of oak.
Finish: Subtly spicy on the finish.
