Absolut Vodka (Small)
Absolut Vodka (Small) is a Swedish vodka made exclusively from natural ingredients, and unlike some other vodkas, it doesn’t contain any added sugar. In fact Absolut is as clean as vodka can be. Still, it has a certain taste: Rich, full-bodied and complex, yet smooth and mellow with a distinct character of grain, followed by a hint of dried fruit.

In fact, you can find Absolut all over the world, from a sports bar in Canada to a beach bar in Rio. But did you know that every ingredient that makes it into each bottle comes from one tiny village in southern Sweden?
It’s true. Every drop of Absolut Vodka is manufactured using ingredients from the area surrounding our distillery in Åhus, a tiny medieval village in the county of Skåne. Moreover, it is from the hard winter wheat grown in the rich nearby fields, to the pristine water from our local deep well, and the continuous production in the distillery; everything, including the glass bottle itself, comes from here.
We call this process One Source. One wheat, one source of water, one location and one reason why any bottle of Absolut Vodka, anywhere in the world, has the same distinctive character and taste.
A STORY ABOUT PEOPLE
BACK IN 1979 A FEW DARING ENTREPRENEURS MANAGED TO BRING AN UNKNOWN SWEDISH VODKA ONTO THE HIGHLY COMPETITIVE U.S. MARKET. THE NAME OF THE NEW BRAND WAS ABSOLUT VODKA AND IT QUICKLY BECAME THE NATURAL CHOICE FOR THE COOL VODKA DRINKER. FOLLOWING AN ICONIC AD CAMPAIGN WITH ANDY WARHOL, ABSOLUT VODKA ESTABLISHED ITSELF AS A WAY OF LIFE – ONE INTIMATELY CONNECTED WITH ART, DESIGN, FASHION AND CREATIVITY THAT IS STILL TRUE TO THIS DAY . SINCE 2008, THE ABSOLUT COMPANY HAS BEEN A PART OF THE PERNOD RICARD GROUP, GROWING ITS PORTFOLIO TO INCLUDE SEVERAL NEW BRANDS. WE ARE NOW A GLOBAL INDUSTRY LEADER. Absolut Vodka
Absolut Vodka was first launched in New York in 1979. It soon became the talk of the town, in the US and eventually of the world. But the recipe behind the clean and natural taste of Absolut is actually older than 30 years. So is the 18th century medicine bottle found in an antique store in Stockholm, Sweden that gave inspiration to the iconic Absolut Vodka bottle.
