TASTING NOTES:

Nose: The beguiling first impression begins with the fresh, sweet fruitiness of lemon zest and white grapes, enriched with exotic notes of pink grapefruit and ripe mango, all on a light mossy base, a note that develops into freshly ironed linen. A particularly spicy and woody note hovers high up. A drop of water dries these flavors and adds a pinch of white pepper. Body: Light to medium.
Palate: A creamy, soft and full texture, the taste exudes a sweet aroma. The fruity and malty sweetness behind this flavor is tongue-tingling, reminiscent of homemade rum toffee and more exotic hints of spiced pineapple and green banana, made even more appetizing by spicy and drying, powerfully crisp clean oak. A dash of water makes for a delicious and even smoother texture that’s still heavily peppery.
Finish: Fairly short, sweet and peppery. With water, the oak flavor comes into its own even more.
