Carn Mor Strictly Limited Glen Garioch 2008, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2020 from 2 Bourbon Barrels which produced 580 bottles at 47.5%. The Strictly Limited range is a collection of whiskies from single distilleries from the finest whisky producing regions in Scotland. What makes this range so special is that all the bottles are non-chill-filtered. That means they keep all of the oils and proteins that give it that fantastic natural flavour.
Carn Mor used to be a part of the Scottish Liqueur Centre, established in 1982 on the island of Mull in western Scotland. It is the developer of Columbia Cream which has long been the main product of the company. For several years, it is the bottler of Carn Mor, a series of independent single malt bottlings when the company changes to Morrison & MacKay. Since mid 2020 the company as known as Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers. It contains the brands Carn Mor, Old Perth as well as the Aberargie Distillery. Carn Mor is currently sold in 3 series; Strictly Single Cask, Strictly Limited and Celebration of the Cask. The whisky’s are both blends and single malts.
Càrn Mòr is our range of rare and utterly unique independent bottlings. As each release is strictly limited in batches. Once it’s gone, it’s gone! Càrn Mòr releases whisky as it should be by bottling outstanding whisky in the way that many of the distilleries cannot due to restrictions. Our small, limited bottlings shall express the unique differences of each batch rather than trying to aim for consistency. Our whisky will be as close to drinking from the cask as possible.

Our range currently includes a selection of rare and limited single cask bottlings along side a single malt whisky liqueur.
