KAMOTSURU Junmai Daiginjo Hiroshima-nishiki. New premium Junmai Daiginjo of Kamonotsuru, one of the most famous sake brands in Hiroshima Prefecture. Gold at 2019 Kura Master. Brewed using Hiroshima-nishiki, the rice only available in Hiroshima Prefecture, at low temperature, this sake is floral and crisp with the notes of green apple and jasmine. With a soft attack, it also shows some hints of green leaves and bamboos on the finish.
