Beautiful candy floss pink in colour this elegant Rosé has fresh flavours of ripe stone fruit and blood orange. Perfect for drinking now this wine will be at its best over the next 5 years.

The fruit for this wine is a blend of two different grape varieties, Pinot Noir and Riesling. The grapes have been carefully selected from a number of quality vineyard sites from the lower Wairau Valley, capable of reaching optimum flavor intensity. The delicate colour was extracted by having the grapes spend just a few hours on their skins. Fermentation occurred in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness.
